I guess it’s the people – I’m not sure if other people have touched on that; and I think it’s something that Ernst & Young like to advertise a lot – but there’s a lot of truth in what they say there, that actually it is a really good group of people to work with, and everyone seems to have a lot of energy, a lot of enthusiasm; very corporate words, I recognise, but it does actually seem to be true, and it is nice working in that kind of vibrant atmosphere where everyone seems to get on, everyone is motivated to work hard.  You don’t get too many people moaning.  There’s a lot more positivity than negativity, which… it’s just a really nice environment to be placed in, and you feel like you’re going somewhere.  You don’t feel like you’re stuck doing the same job for the rest of your life.  You feel like there’s definite opportunities there for you, and there’s other people to experience those opportunities with, who you like and you would socialise with outside as well as inside work.

“I guess it’s the people.”
