I definitely believe that my future career lies with Ernst & Young.  I’ve been with the firm for nearly seven years now, and I’ve progressed through the firm as part of the Accelerated Leadership programme.  I can clearly see a path through to partner and beyond, and hopefully I’ll continue on that path.  At the moment I can see myself staying in Restructuring for the indefinite future.  There is so much more for me to learn, so many more experiences, and I look at the partner team above me and I see the wealth of experience that they have gained over the years, and I really want to gain some of that experience myself.  As part of the Accelerated Leadership programme we are encouraged to look at our longer-term career, whether that be with the firm or elsewhere, and to encourage us to start thinking now about what we need to be doing in order to get us to the next phase.  So not only do they provide us with new challenges and opportunities, but we also have to seek out those opportunities ourselves.
