“Technology sometimes seems to make things more complicated but I take great pride in the large projects I manage internally, which help to simplify complex systems. My job is to make life easier for my client-facing colleagues: I help them gain access to critical information more quickly, for example, or find the support they need more efficiently. That obviously has a big impact on our bottom line and so we’re always looking at ways to improve things. That means lots of different projects to get involved with.”
