I think it’s really important seeing those people above you, and how they actually started in your position – I think that’s the biggest thing. There are partners, there are senior managers, who actually I started with, and now I can – they weren’t at my level, obviously, they were the level above – but they have progressed and I have progressed sort of in parallel with them, and so you can actually see yourself possibly doing what they do in a few years’ time, and I think that’s really inspiring; and they all do a good job, so it motivates you as well.
