I have recommended Ernst & Young to my mates.  I went through the referral scheme with one of my ex-colleagues, and she joined the firm about three years ago, so I have been through that process; and I think people have seen what I have achieved, and some of my friends have been quite impressed by my journey with the firm, I guess; and a lot of them maybe haven’t been so successful in firms that they’ve worked in, and have moved around a lot more; and I think the fact that prior to joining Ernst & Young I did move around more; I’d only really had a role for… the longest was two years.  So now I’m coming up to five years, which seems unfathomable at the beginning; but I don’t feel like I’ve really been in the same firm, I think, because I’ve moved roles and countries; it doesn’t actually feel like I’ve stuck; it feels like I’ve constantly been moving, and been challenged; and I think at the point when the challenge stops is when people start to look for something else.
