Ernst & Young is a very open organisation.  We have an open culture.  If you walk around More London Place you can see that.  Basically the way that we configure ourselves, we don’t have any offices.  If I think about where do I sit, I sit in a pod next to my secretary, I have a trainee on one side, I have a couple of senior managers next to me.  Hopefully they benefit from the experience of having senior professionals working alongside them.  They can hear the things that we are deliberating.  We don’t keep any secrets from our staff.  They can see some of the challenges that we are dealing with on a daily basis – management challenges, strategic challenges, and there is an awful lot of banter and openness that goes on, that I think is really something that defines us as an organisation, and is one of the reasons why I think they enjoy coming into the firm.
