The difference that I see with Ernst & Young compared to some of the other big firms is that as an individual you’re still allowed to grow and develop, and to pursue your own ideas within the context of what Ernst & Young does. So, I always had the opportunity if I wanted to stay in Limerick, I could stay in Limerick. If I wanted to work in Dublin or overseas, I could pursue those opportunities, so I always had that flexibility and I was encouraged, you know, to pursue that. If I wanted to do different things, if I wanted to change service lines, if I ever was interested in moving out of tax into something else, I always felt I would have been supported in doing that, although I was quite happy to stay in tax. So, I’ve felt, as an individual, that I was supported and encouraged to do what I wanted to do rather than fit into a specific box, fit into a predetermined box.
