“I contracted RSI a couple of years ago but my boss has been very sympathetic. He makes sure that I get plenty of non-keyboard-based work. I got to see how the firm deals with occupational health and disability as a result and now I co-ordinate the education and training team of the Disability Working Group. I do the newsletter, organise quarterly events around issues like mental health and I encourage people all over the firm to get involved. Pretty much everyone has to deal with some sort of health problem in their career and the fact that there’s a great deal of support here really makes the firm stand out.”
