Why did you choose Ernst & Young?

“For many years, I was at another Big 4 firm which leads the field in human capital but the change has been well worth it. There was a big opportunity to help grow the team here and fast-forward my career in the meantime. At the interview, we had some very open discussions about what I’d need to do to get promoted and I’m well on the way.

“It’s a much better cultural fit for me too. There’s more flexibility about when you do your work here – as long it gets done, it doesn’t matter. There’s no one watching over your shoulder. Interestingly, that means I generally work harder and more efficiently because there’s less pressure. It’s my responsibility.”
